- Composing letters, reports, and memos.
- Tracking, sorting and responding to routine mail.
- Maintaining a calendar of events and assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Managing a team work plan.
- Preparing legal documents.
- Connecting assigned staff with the resources to help them efficiently preform tasks.
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate recipients.
- Office duties such as: photocopying, filing and assisting in typing of documents, reports and correspondence.

Requirements
