- Carrying materials and supplies from trucks to the job site so that they are ready for installation and other tasks.
- Testing equipment and machinery to ensure it is in good working order.
- Ensuring the safety of the team.
- Learning new skills such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing and other specialised skills as instructed by the construction manager.
