Jobs within banking, accounting and finance are related, but there are distinct differences between the three. Banking generally refers to someone who hold a position in the bank industry. On a day to day basis they will accept deposits, make loans, and clear transactions. An accountant or finance manager can either work in banks, or for businesses. Accounting consists of the day to day flow of money in and out of a company or institution. Working in finance will take the form of management of assets and the planning of the future growth of the company.
